For those of you who do not know me, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Jani. I am 20 yrs old, and I live on my own in Columbia, SC. I grew up in Brooklyn, NY (Culture Shock), spent most of my life in manhattan. I have never been much of a party animal though, so this slow paced lifestyle kida suits me.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>I have quite a few hobbies, ranging from needlepoint to fishing, but I have to say the  things in my life that have remained constant sources of pleasure for me have been, music, movies, poetry, and my friends. (Not necessarily in that order ;o) ) </B></I></div> <div> <I><B>You'll find a large chunk of the poems that I have written on this page. I wrote many many more that unfortunately got lost over the years. My poems are more than just words to me. Each and every one has a story behind it, and represents some event in my life, so each time you read one, think of it as if you were reading an entry in my personal diary. Some of course, exagerated, for such is poetic license.</B></I></div> <div> <I><B>My friends and family. My greatest treasures.
